All you need to know about the latest legislated WorkCover changes

On 1 July 2020, legislated amendments to the QLD Workers’ Compensation & Rehabilitation Act 2003 (the Act) came into play.  Other changes were implemented from 30 October last year.  These changes were on the back of a five-year review of the worker’s compensation scheme. We have put together a table of the October 2019 & July 2020 changes for a quick summary:
